Andrea Louise Martin (born January 15^th, 1947) is an American-Canadian actress, singer, author and comedian. She is best known for providing the voice of Lecture Lady from Elmo’s World. She also provided the voice of Mrs. Meany in Woody Woodpecker and Aunt Miriam in Rugrats. In Recess, she provided the voice of Lunchlady Harriet.
