Antonio is a one-shot character in the episode "The Voice". He is a Costa Rican opera tenor singer and Miss Salamone's fiancé. When Mikey finds they are now engaged, he felt very distraught and left the music room. Antonio wonders if it is something he sang (he did so while greeting him).
