Buster is a fifth (later sixth) grade student of Third Street School and a friend of Lawson's. He is a jock and a bully, much like Lawson's other cronies.

He is tall and slender. He has sports spiky auburn hair and fair skin. He wears a blue shirt with two red stripes.
History[]
In the episode "Bad Hair Day," he was desperate to get the 'Mikey' haircut as he was going to his cousin's wedding but did not actually get the haircut. He was the only one who didn't get it, apart from Spinelli and Gretchen who were absent from school.
He is seen in the episode "Wild Child" orchestrating a prank that backfired and put T.J. and his "Pee Wee Pal" in hot water.
He was voiced by Kath Soucie in the episode "Pharaoh Bob," Toran Caudell in the episode "Bad Hair Day," and Erik Von Detten for the remainder of the show.
