Charles Napier (April 12th, 1936 – October 5th, 2011) was an American character actor and voice actor in film and television, known for voicing Ian Mcteaque in The Legend of Tarzan, his portrayal of tough guys and military types. He was also the original voice of the Sheriff on Squidbillies before he got replaced by Bobby Ellerbee. In Recess, he provided the voice of adult Hector in "Dodgeball City".
