Clyde Philmore

Clyde Philmore is a boy who is also a bully, often bullying either Gus or Cornchip Girl. He was taught a lesson by Mr. E. He had to write an essay about how it is wrong to bully people.

Despite being a bully, he seems to be somewhat of a coward and a wimp as seen when he cried immediately when Gus shoved him over after pushing Cornchip Girl. He also was instantly cowed when Mr. E approached him about his bullying behavior.

He’s short and stubby, sports long blond spiky hair, and wears a blue shirt and a red baseball cap. He was voiced by Erik Von Detten in "The Substitute" and Ryan O'Donohue in "The Army-Navy Game".
