Clyde Philmore is a boy who is also a bully, often bullying either Gus or Cornchip Girl. He was taught a lesson by Mr. E. He had to write an essay about how it's wrong to bully people.
Despite being a bully, he seems to be somewhat of a coward and a wimp as seen when he cried immediately when Gus shoved him over after pushing Cornchip Girl. He also was instantly cowed when Mr. E approached him about his bullying behavior.
He is short and stubby, sports long blonde spiky hair, and wears a blue shirt and a red baseball cap. He was voiced by Erik Von Detten in The Substitute, and Ryan O'Donohue in The Army-Navy Game.
