Douglas (voiced by Blake Mclver Ewing) is a boy who became Miss Finster's new snitch and the new snitch of the school, after Randall changed his ways in the episode "Randall Reforms" and started hanging out with T.J. and the gang. He made numerous cameos in other episodes. He was also mentioned by Finster in "First Name Ashley".
