Earl Raymond is a criminal who stole the head of Jefferson some years before and who posed as the new cover janitor.
History[]
Thirty years ago, Earl Raymond swiped the head off of Thomas Jefferson's bronze statue and planned to sell it for a huge profit in his hometown to get rich, but decided to hide it in Third Street School's old lockers while posing as a janitor to cover up his crime and prevent anyone from finding out his true identity until the day he returns to reclaim the statue head.
When the school's current janitor Hank goes on a two week vacation to Bermuda in the late 90s, Earl takes advantage of this to fill in as substitute janitor so he can search for the school's old lockers in secret.
