Frank Welker is an American voice actor, who has played Señor Fusion, and many minor roles on Recess.
Welker is a very well known voice actor in the industry, and has several credits to his name. Some of his voice credits include Fred Jones in the Scooby Doo! franchise, Slimer and Ray Stantz from Real Ghostbusters, Furrball and GoGo DoDo from Tiny Toon Adventures, Ralph, Buttons, Mr. Plotz, Chicken Boo, and Runt from Animaniacs, Abu from Aladdin and its' sequels and TV series, Scorch from 101 Dalmatians: The Series, Herman Melville from Doug's 1st Movie, Godzilla from the 1998 movie and cartoon series of the same name, Sparky and various other experiments from the Lilo and Stitch franchise, Nibbler from Futurama, Megatron from Transformers, Stripe and Mohawk from both Gremlins movies, Pascal from Tangled, and other characters.
