Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25th, 1964) is an American actor and voice actor, who has played a multitude of characters in animated series and video games. He is known for voicing Cleveland Jr. and Lester from The Cleveland Show, Adult Whispers in Whispers an Elephant's Tale, Dark Laser in The Fairly OddParents, Skulker in Danny Phantom, Jerome in Family Guy, Principal Lewis in American Dad, Mr. Gus in Uncle Grandpa, Robert Hawkins in Static Shock, Slam Tasmanian and Tech E. Coyote in Loonatics Unleashed, and the Joker in The Batman. In Recess, he provided the voice of Mr. LaSalle.
