Michael Shulman (born 1981) is an American film, stage, television and voice actor from New York City, New York. He began his career in childhood appearing in theater, including a two-year skint on Broadway in the musical Les Misérables.

He was a member of the cast of Recess, voicing several characters including Brandon Placido (The Singer Kid) and Francis "The Hustler Kid". He then turned to television and film, landing several roles - even winning an Emmy in 2009.

He is also the co-owner of New York and Los Angeles-based production company Starry Night Entertainment. He received a BA from Yale with a major in the History of Art.
