Mort Chalk is the town journalist and news reporter. He makes a first appearance in "The Biggest Trouble Ever". He appeared in "The Biggest Trouble Ever", Recess: School's Out and Recess: Taking the Fifth Grade. He is voiced by Charles Kimbrough.
