Pamela Fionna Adlon (née Segall) was born on July 9th, 1966 and is an American actress, voice actress, screenwriter, director, and producer. She is sometimes credited as Pamela Segall, Pamela S. Adlon, and Pamela Segall-Adlon.

Adlon is best known for providing the voice of Bobby Hill on the animated series, King of the Hill, for which she won an Emmy for Outstanding Voice-Over Performance in 2002. Recently, she created the show Better Things and starred as Sam in the show.

Adlon is also known for her acting role in Grease 2 as Dolores (a 'new' character), the title character in the Pajama Sam video games, Baloo in Jungle Cubs, Olsen Benner from Bob's Burgers, and as the voice of Ashley Spinelli in Disney's Recess, a role for which she did for six years (1997-2003). She was the oldest of the main six cast members, for she was already thirty when she began recording her lines in 1996.

Personal Life

She married Felix O. Adlon in 1996; they divorced in 2010. Afterwards, he moved to Germany.

The couple have three daughters that are also actresses: Gideon Adlon (born March 30th, 1997), Odessa A'zion (born June 17th, 2000), and Valentine "Rocky" Adlon.

She splits time between the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York, and Los Angeles, California.

In January 2020, she became a United Kingdom citizen.
