Tara Strong (born February 12^th, 1973) is an American voice actress, who was the second voice of Becky Detweiler, replacing Melissa Joan Hart; she, however, only voiced her in Recess: Taking the Fifth Grade. She is most famous for playing Bubbles in The Powerpuff Girls, Timmy Turner and Poof in The Fairly Oddparents, Angel in Lilo and Stitch: The Series, Dil Pickles from Rugrats and All Grown Up, Twilight Sparkle in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Kylie Griffin in Extreme Ghostbusters, Shareena Wickett in Detention, and Batgirl in The New Batman Adventures. She was also the first voice actress of Hello Kitty in the U.S.
