Tress MacNeille (born June 20th, 1951) is an American voice actress, who voiced Lunchlady Irma, Miss Lemon, and Bertha in Recess. She is also best known as the voice of Charlotte Pickles in Rugrats (The show Paul and Joe have worked on earlier; ironically, Paul is the co-creator of the show, while Paul was the writer), Dot Warner in Animaniacs, Babs Bunny in Tiny Toon Adventures, Agnes Skinner in The Simpsons, and many others.
Recently, she is the voice of Queen Oona in Disenchantment and Daisy Duck in the Ducktales reboot. She also became a guest star in Amphibia and return as Dot Warner in the Animaniacs reboot.
